Athletic Taping Workshop for Coaches

Randy Goodman will be hosting an Athletic Taping Workshop for Coaches, designed to give coaches a solid understanding of the principles and practical techniques of athletic taping.

Date: March 8, 2026
Time: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Location: Charlottetown Physiotherapy Clinic

This hands-on workshop will include live demonstrations and ample practical time for participants to practice applying a variety of taping techniques. Each participant will receive a comprehensive handout outlining the different tape applications covered.

Topics Include:

  • Introduction to taping and bracing

  • Tape and related product overview

  • When taping is appropriate

  • Ankle and foot

  • Knee and hip

  • Shoulder

  • Elbow

  • Wrist

  • Thumb and hand
