July 5 – Vanessa Keefe finishes fifth in the senior 68kg division at the Grand Prix of Spain wrestling.
July 8 – U17 Whitecaps softball earn silver at Quebec Invitational Tournament.
July 10 – Abbies Rugby Senior Women’s and U19 Men’s teams earn bronze medals at Atlantic Rugby Championships.
July 11 – Brad MacKenzie named head coach of Halifax Mooseheads of QMJHL.
July 12 – U16 PEI Tackle Football team wins gold at Atlantic Bowl for second consecutive year, defeating Team NL 46-14 in the final. U18 team finishes second, falling to Team NS 30-20 in the final.
July 13 – Davis Robblee (U17) and Carter Weeks (U15) win gold in Cross-Country Olympic cycling races at Mont Farlagne XCO races in Edmunston. Gillian Perry (U11) earned silver in the XCO race and gold in the Enduro.
July 13 – Riley Bissett finishes ECJLL regular season as Top Goal Scorer with 45 goals in 15 games (7th most in league history).
July 13 – West Royalty Livingston and Stratford Corriveau qualify for the U15AA Eastern Canadian Softball Championships in Oshawa, ON.
July 13 – Molly Brown (Gold – U15F), Ben Reid (Silver – U15M), Alexsa Matheson (Silver – U15F, Bronze – HSF), and Zander O’Meara (Silver – U15M, Bronze – HSM) earn medals at The Rumble wrestling tournament in Ohio, which included over 4800 athletes.
July 15 – Elin Grimmett earns silver medals in the short track and cross country divisions in the U15 Female division at the Whistler Canada Cup (cycling).
July 16 – Hockey PEI past president Al MacIsaac receives Hockey Canada’s Order of Merit.
July 17 – Abby Hustler signs two-year entry level contract with the Minnesota Frost.
July 17 – Brett Shaw finishes in 2nd place, Theo Hustler in T4th, and Reid Hart in 9th at the NextGen Atlantic Golf Championships at Oakfield Golf and Country Club.
July 18 – Brandon Langley signs professional baseball contract with the San Diego Padres.
July 19 – Athletics PEI athletes earn 4 gold medals and 6 silver medals at Jeux de la Francophonie in Laval

- 6 Silver Medals – Marc Chapman (Shotput), Jack Gordon (High Jump, Long Jump, Triple Jump), Soraya Player (300m), and Women’s 4x100m relay (Isabelle MacKinnon, Lilly MacVicar, Cadence Player, Soraya Player, Annika Saulnier).
July 19 – Team PEI 16U boys earn silver and 16U girls earn bronze at the Eastern Elite Volleyball Championships in Moncton, NB; Charlotte Oatway and Given Deva named to All-Star teams.
July 19 – Yolanda Pang earns gold in U18 and U16 girls divisions as well as U18 girls doubles (with Vanya Virmani of NB) at the Atlantic Outdoor Tennis Championships. Sebastien Nguyen earns silver in U16 boys and Mirra Tverskaia earns silver in the U10 girls division.
July 20 – U13 Island Aces win Basketball NB Summerfest championship in overtime.
July 20 – PEI Canada Games softball team win Lloyd Poirier Memorial Tournament.
July 24 – Alysha Corrigan named to Canadian Women’s Rugby World Cup squad, kicking off in England during August.
July 26 – Gardiner MacDougall named as assistant coach for Team Canada at IIHF WOrld Junior Hockey Championships.
July 27 – U15 Whitecaps softball win the Atlantic Cup.
July 27 – Sophia Allen wins gold at the 2025 Pan American Powerlifting in the Special Olympics division representing Team Canada.
July 30th – Alex Newson (basketball) named Team PEI Flag Bearer for 2025 Canada Summer Games opening ceremonies.
July 31st – U18 Team PEI finishes fourth at Field Hockey Nationals; Lacey MacLachlan receives FHC Coach of the Tournament Award and Ellie Mullins named to Tournament 11 All-Star team.
