Fostering leadership – Mark has played a key role in growing Rigid Riders to 235 members this year by fostering leadership through a Rigid Riders organizing committee, and by recruiting a total of 55 Rigid Rider Leaders, including 24 Youth Leaders.

Passionate – Mark is genuinely passionate about mountain biking and creating opportunities to share that passion with others, whether through Rigid Riders or as a key organizer of the Cycling PEI Gravity Series; Organized – Mark appreciates the need to keep good records and to stay organized to ensure that a large club like Rigid Riders runs smoothly; Innovative: Mark is always looking for ways to innovate and improve on the activities he is involved in.
