Volleyball PEI 2020 AGM

NOTICE is hereby given that an Annual General Meeting of the membership of VOLLEYBALL PEI INC.

will be held at Charlottetown, PEI (location TBA), on Sunday, September 13, 2020 at 3:00 p.m., for the following purposes:

1. To approve the Minutes of the May 13th, 2019 Annual General Meeting.

2. To receive the Financial Statements of the Association for the year ended March 31, 2020.

3. To Elect the Board of Directors for the ensuing year.

4. To consider, and if deemed advisable, to confirm, with or without variation, Amendments to the Association’s Bylaws.
