During the bronze medal game at provincials last year our team was having a tough time on the court. I was just in grade 7 and learning the game, but Phil put me in for the rest of the game, spoke confidence to me and gave constant feedback. I was nervous but he made me feel like he was right there with me and like I was going great. He then gave me player of the game for keeping cool in a high stress moment.
