Max Arsenault – National Coaches Week

Max Arsenault – Colonel Gray, Inferno Volleyball Club, Team PEI

What is an important skill that this coach has that makes them a great coach?

Max has dedication like no other. He is always there hour before or hour later of practice helping athletes with certain skills that they want to improve on. He has run a combined 4 volleyball teams over the course of year leading Max to coach all 12 months of the year.

What lesson(s) has this coach instilled in you/athletes/or others?

Max has taught his athletes that there are much bigger and more important things than the game being played. He always makes sure that his teams are well involved in the community such as doing participating in filling up the community fridge and helping raise money for breast cancer whilst also participating in run for the cure.
