Through out the summer soccer season, Femke was extremely organized and on the ball with the girls. She always provided update emails for the parents and ensured that everyone was aware of the expectations for players on the team. Femke also passed out a POM (Player of the match) ball after every game. This recognized players that worked particularly hard and showed good work ethic.
