December 7, 2021 – COVID-19 Update

Due to the increase in cases in the Eastern Kings region (which includes Mount Stewart, Morell, St. Peters and Souris), the Chief Public Health Office is recommending testing for anyone involved in organized sports from those areas.  Additionally, it is recommended that individuals getting tested not participate in activities while waiting for their results (depending on the number of people getting tested this could potentially put a halt to some activities temporarily).

Reminder your participants to not participate in activities if feeling unwell or if you have symptoms of COVID-19 and get tested as soon as possible.

Be mindful that COVID-19 is circulating within the community; assess your own personal risk and the potential risk you could pose to others; keep circle of contacts small.
