Strategic, each game and opponent require unique strategies and preparation. Calm – never gets too high or low no matter how things are going. Practical – does not like to waste time, efficient and effective at managing practice plans.

Middle of the winter storm and the Canada Games courts at Eastlink were too cold to use, so he did not cancel but managed to procure other courts for practice to keep the athletes engaged and focused on the upcoming task and training.
